Drytek+ was created by final year McMaster University Students from the Bachelor of Technology program.
Prior to choosing a topic of creation, the main goal was to create a capstone project that can help the community and make a difficult task easier, for those who require assistance. Keeping this mind, the winter season is a prime time when many get injured by slipping and falling on ice. Even snow shoveling for the elderly and disabled can be an extremely difficult task.
So why not create a project that can make this chore a lot easier while being independent and not having to rely on someone to come and shovel their driveway for them.
